Cross country running is a sport in which our learners and teams run a race on open-air courses and paths over natural terrain.  The courses, normally 4-6km, may include grass, tar and gravel road.  Both boys and girls of all ages compete in cross country races, which usually take place during autumn and winter.

Cross Country: Report 2017:
Cross country forms an integral part of most Sports and series as a stamina base. Our coaching staff consists of mrs Kruger and mr Brits. We are grateful for each learners effort and try to develop them to their full potential and enhance their self-esteem. We had two competitive races during August and September, after which a Provincial team was chosen to compete in Kimberley, on the 30th of September.

During the event our Girls u/16, Boys u/15, u/17 and u/19 won bronze and silver medals consecutively. We are grateful for a great season.
